Cathedral Oaks speedway???? I’ve lived in the area for 40 years and while there are occasional speeders, there are a lot more tail-gaters and people driving 10-15 mph the speed limit. Cathedral Oaks/Foothill handles a lot of traffic. I wonder if that comment is by someone who routinely frustrates people by having a long string of vehicles trailing behind his overly slow vehicle but refusing to pull over.
How many years in office and Janet Wolf still has done squat about the Cathedral Oaks/Foothill speedway. AND…what a mess she made of Goleta Beach. Out of office already…
What does that have to do with anything?
I suppose Janet was somehow responsible for getting the man drunk, too?
