People v. Tibor Karsai, Case No. 1481752
Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce E. Dudley announced today that Tibor Karsai was granted unconditional release. Karsai appeared in front of Judge Lavayen on his petition for unconditional release in Department 8 of the Santa Maria Superior Court.
Based on the unanimous opinion of all the expert witnesses that Karsai no longer met the criteria as a sexually violent predator (SVP), Judge Lavayen noted that he had “no choice” but to grant the petition.
Just like the forgiven catholic priests huh Oops?…..Once a predator always a predator at least he aien’t a catholic priest he never would have been charged.
Will he now be living in Section 8 housing? Do we get to subsidize him to live in our neighborhood?
once a predator always a predator……Jerry Brown is too focused on taking our guns away to pay attention to real crime.
This is extremely disturbing. He raped a teen after he was released in the 80s from prison for raping a teenager. So, now he’s been released again….
Do you remember what Antoine Dodson said: “He’s climbin’ in your windows. He’s snatchin’ your people up. Tryna rape em so y’all need to hide your kids, hide your wife….So you can run and tell that.”
