Does anyone know what is happening in the city parking lot at Carrillo and Castillo? A temporary building, pallets, and a trailer from ABF have been put in the lot.

It’s probably the new homeless hut with restroom facilities including a place to shower.
Fine with me too bad it took this to start really helping the homeless instead of just paying salaries…
If it is then expect to see trash all over the place, bums hanging out…opps i meant homeless and housing costs dropping in the neighborhood . If anything it should be put elsewhere, not at the main entrance to our City .
