If people are posting/placing things there, I hope all the items are biodegradable and not plastic or mylar, etc. It gets windy out there. No reason to put things out made of plastic or other junk that might end up in the ocean.
or they moved it because the material that people leave was encroaching on the sidewalk. at the end here, no one has to walk AROUND stuff. that could cause a trip hazard. in the end, its not being “hidden” its being places in an area where it can stay for a longer term….. which is the complete opposite of “hidding” it. people and there conspiracies
