I remember this cr@p was only on the lower Eastside- Now it’s as bad on the North end of town-Everyday.
They shoved everything into the lower East Side and it grew.

I’d love to see this happen during a City Council meeting. Then the Council could no longer hide from the increasing incidents of drug abuse. The question would be what would the policeman do who protects the Council from rabble-rouser Would he tackle the naked guy?

There have been a few very strange guys hanging out on the sidewalk in front of Quality Inn for months now, since the park project started. A few weeks ago, one guy was passed out across the sidewalk. A few days ago, one guy was crossing the street as I rounded the corner,and weaving between cars, hanging on to cars, yelling at the world. I bet it’s the same guy. These guys obstruct the sidewalk, they have all their trash stuck in the fence where they are working on the dog park. They beg from the triangle of DLV and State. Time to clear out the encampments in MacKenzie Park and no longer allow vagrants to congregate there. Time to return this park and vicinity to the public. Where are the police when these guys are causing mayhem in these public areas?
No that’s all right they were shoved down here on the lower East Side years ago and I guess everyone thought they would stay here but No that’s all right you keep them we have The Habit…:)
Our Habit has way more parking….at least ’til they turn Sears into condos ;>)

What would be outrageous is if the City Council did this then broke out in some Broadway musical.
