Engine 2 now responding as the prisoner has a head injury from banging his head.
We have my brother’s arrest report from 30 years ago… said he was ‘hissing like a vampire’ and they had to ‘hog tie’ him after trying to kick out the rear window. Good times. He went on to become a big tech muckety-muck in the military defense industry. There’s hope for everyone….
