After falling subject got up and ran into the water.
The patient is now running toward the cliff where he fell and is rolling around in the sand cliff fall 30 feet.
Superman under the influence.?
Holy moly. How is that possible?
Wow sounds like drugs to me. Hope they get help for him, could be serious injuries, like internal bleeding, and not feel it.
Drugs? That is a very popular walking trail along the bluffs, used by families with kids, people in their 60s, 70s, 80s, university professors who live right there at the UCSB faculty condos, students and others. I’ve walked there hundreds of times. A drug thing is not what comes to mind. Maybe some young guys horsing around too carelessly, maybe taking a selfie on the edge with the Pacific and surfers as background, maybe a fall from a bike on the path, maybe one of many unfortunate but not nefarious reasons.

I’m not thinking drugs because they fell, I’m thinking drugs because of their behavior after they fell 30 feet. Hoping they’re okay

It could be a head injury but I hear alot of Drug calls involving usually Meth where people roll around on the ground. I heard there might have been a fight involved so maybe the guy ran jumped and was luckily not fatally injured..
