2. The State / Feds could pass a law today making it a felony for scrappers and dealers to buy used catalytic converters. Problem solved in a day. This is very do-able. Remember, the government put in place a system to track every sale of Sudafed and other cold medicine from every pharmacy in less than 9months. Every single box of cold medicine is tracked, traced and restricted and an ID required to purchase. There is a Federal database that has every purchase by every person, with their state ID and the exact means of purchase that is available to LE in every corner. This was done in a matter of months across all 50 states!
   So dont tell me we can’t fix these simple problems. We just choose to elect people who choose to enrich themselves while making people hate their neighbor instead of fixing our problems or making our community better…
   Vote out every incumbent and register I or NP and we can fix this problem in two or three election cycles. But people won’t. They love hating. Especially the Evangelical Christians, they’ve made a religion out of hating thy neighbor…
