Foster Needed Now: Phoenix was found lying on the street behind Target on June 24, skin and bones, he was taken to the vet and treated for dehydration, parasites and fleas. He’s very affectionate and always wants to be pet. He will sit on your lap, likes being in a blanket and purrs constantly from the moment he sees you. His rescuer named him Phoenix because he’s rising from the ashes!
