I doubt the kitty is ok in a van all day hot as hell no water. Even if there is water it’s hot by now.

Down voting is censorship of free speech and against the 1st amendment even if it’s un-PC or downright offensive. If you find something offensive, stop reading. Stop this nonsense of deciding what someone else reads or doesn’t.
LUVADUCK – as much as I hate the downvoting business, you are wrong about it being censorship and violating the 1st Amendment. 1) Censorship can only be done by gov’t, not anonymous individuals on an internet discussion board. 2) Private entities (such as Edhat) can remove comments that violate policies, without violating 1st Amendment. Also, being able to express an opinion by downvoting, is actually an exercise of 1st Amendment rights. SO, although the whole downvoting function is clearly being abused and is annoying, I wouldn’t go so far as to accuse anyone of violating our Constitutional rights.
