These photos were taken at the Santa Barbara Juneteenth celebration, Caring for the People Block Party, in the Funk Zone on Sunday. The celebration included free food at Shalhoobs, live performances, the return of the Black/African American Artisan Market, a kids zone with Princess Tiana from Princess & the Frog, and more. The celebration coincided with Father’s Day and the event acknowledged the caregivers in our lives through the theme, Caring For the People. Learn more at juneteenthsb.org.
