Car Fire Knocked Down in Santa Ynez

Santa Barbara County Firefighters responded to a car fire inside a carport in the 2000 block of Highway 154 in Santa Ynez.

At 2:38 p.m., crews arrived on scene and found a car on fire under a carport next to a mobile home. An aggressive attack quickly knocked down the fire without an extension into the home.

There were no injuries reported and the cause is under investigation.
