Any vehicle that is “driving dirty” (paper dealer plates) is shady- Believe it or not, CA DMV gets your plates sent within 2 weeks of purchase now…
I don’t get why Cops don’t pull obvious vehicles with paper plates over….
What in blazes does that mean? “459 to vehicle.” This is a news feed, not a police log. In plain English, please!

Saw a fancy car acting crazy on the freeway with NO rear plates, paper or otherwise. Shouldn’t that be an automatic stop?
Just general advice don’t leave valuables in your car. Locked or not it is too much of a temptation. This area Hendry’s Beach & Las Positas Park have been hit with many vehicle break ins. Per scanner traffic the victims car in this case had its lock punched.
Doesn’t anybody use context clues anymore to answer “their” own questions? I read the article and didn’t read stolen car so I went right to the next scenario, something was stolen from the car. Simple
