Burglary on Palo Alto Drive in Goleta on 1/2/2024 at 6:59 p.m.
Neighbor reported seeing two Asian males load a safe into a Mazda sedan on Tuesday night.
One of the two males pointed a gun at the neighbor from across the street. They then headed south on Calle Real.
CHP was attached to the call and kept an eye on the southbound Lanes of the 101 Freeway as a license plate came back out of Oxnard.

Does anyone know did CHP make an arrest?
They followed a couple of Mazdas that night. I can only assume they did. The 101 has been historically easy to spot people fleeing from Casitas Pass to Ventura (101). I will call CHP to see what happened.
