That’s a good question. A transient is someone who moves from place to place. I call the perpetually homeless, those that don’t want help, vagrants. Because they are usually up to no good.

On the anniversary of the Painted Cave Fire 30 Years ago long,long time ago fire is at 6800 Block of Cathedral Oaks, Roger Out.
How come they are referred to as ‘homeless’ until they get caught doing something bad and then are called ‘transient’?
They always refer to the homeless as homeless people Lawenforcement is always very nice when they speak of the houseless it’s me I call them transients…I’m the Bass Turd.
Some vagrants are filled with such hate for normal people that they want to take everything away from them to make them equals and show them what it feels like to have little or nothing. In their anger, they miss a very important point: Some of us and work our a$$es off NOT to be vagrants. Unless they took our lives as well as our property, after a short pity-party, we’d pull up our pants and start over.
