Update by the City of Santa Barbara
5:20 P.M. UPDATE: Watermain Break:
The City’s Water Resources staff are currently on site repairing a watermain break that occurred near the 100-200 blocks of San Rafael Avenue around 1:30 p.m. today.
The underground utilities location and marking services have been completed and now the location and evaluation of the break is currently underway. Repairs should be completed between 10 p.m. and midnight tonight.

Water line break on San Rafael on the Mesa. Water has been turned off on that street between Shoreline Dr and Santa Rosa Ave.
Water is still flowing down the street, and the crews will be working there for quite a while.

How bout the city updates some of our infrastructure instead of the not doing anything but patching our old antiquated prehistoric water Supplys
