AnonymousDriving southbound on Highway 101 at approximately 10pm, I saw a blue-ish glow followed by a bright flash that looked like lightning. I was just passing the Mission St. exit; the light was coming from South East. Could’ve been downtown or beyond. Did anyone else see this?
