A body was found near a homeless camp on Santa Barbara’s eastside Monday morning.
After 9:30 a.m., authorities responded to the scene near the U.S. Post Office in the 100 block of Nopalitos Way and discovered a deceased male near an encampment.
The identity of the decedent has not been released and no foul play is suspected.
The investigation is ongoing.
