By edhat staff

A body of a suspected homeless man was found in a Downtown Santa Barbara plaza on Friday morning.

Santa Barbara Police were on the scene after 7:00 a.m. and there does not appear to be foul play, according to scanner traffic.

The identity has not been released and an investigation is ongoing.

This is a developing story.
