Body Found at Stearns Wharf Identified as 32-Year-Old Woman

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff Coroner’s Bureau has identified the body found at Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara on Monday.

The decedent has been identified as 32-year-old Alexandria Grace Farstad from La Jolla and Riverside.

Farstad was discovered near the Dolphin Fountain by Santa Barbara Harbor Patrol officers at the intersection of State Street and W. Cabrillo Boulevard around 6:30 a.m. Monday.

Santa Barbara Police are investigating the incident, although previously stated there are no suspects and they do not think there was foul play.

The cause and manner of death are pending, according to the Coroner’s Bureau.
