A body was found on Bates Beach in Carpinteria on Saturday morning, reports John Palminteri.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department says the decedent is 28-year-old Ada Saetern from Sacramento.
This death appears to be suicide but the final cause is pending, reports John Palminteri.
