I’ve ridden through there at least 100 times over the last couple years. It’s really not a very dangerous section of road. It’s twisty and mostly flat which generally keeps speeds down. Basic common sense from cyclists and drivers should be enough to keep everyone safe here. Too bad we don’t know more and I will refrain from speculating.
