A fine day in the backyard, visited by a number of nature’s creatures. A wild Brush Rabbit enjoys a green breakfast.
This small Warbler (?) comes in with a small flock each afternoon and bathes and drinks by rubbing against leaves and taking the water droplets that I spray in anticipation of their arrival.
The season’s first Hooded Oriole (male) drinks and bathes in one or more of several bird baths.
A Rufous-Sided Towhee surveys the scene.
OP Here: Yes, I also believe it is a Bushtit, but my Audubon Field Guide put some doubt in my mind. Thus, I added the ? for others to weigh in. Thank you.
Great photos, thanks. You are lucky to have such a variety of visitors.
