CoastWatch. Thank you for this. I kept wondering why I’d drive past on State St. and, in that particular area, I kept seeing scraggly beings stumbling around, some trying to cross in the middle of the street when there’s heavy traffic, a few sleeping on the bus benches. This explains a lot to me.
