Santa Barbara has a new vacation rental on the market and this one is owned by a celebrity couple.
Actors Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis publicly listed their beachside guesthouse for anyone to rent on AirBnB for a special one night only.
The listing depicts a two-bedroom, one-bath cottage with the map showing it somewhere near Hendry’s Beach. Although it states the actual location and address will be revealed after booking.

“Our Santa Barbara County beach house is our home away from home, especially when we’re in need of some R&R (you fellow parents know what we’re talking about). Steps from the beach, and with beautiful views of the Santa Ynez mountains, you’ll find no shortage of sights and plenty of activities to make for an unforgettable summer stay,” the listing states.
The couple also states they’ll be there in person to greet their guests and will even “capture some content together to commemorate your SoCal stay.”
Although not explicitly disclosed, it’s likely some type of promotion between the actors and the global vacation rental company.

Similarily, just a few weeks ago Gwyneth Paltrow recently put her Montecito guesthouse on Airbnb for a one-night stay in September stating she would also be there to greet guests and maybe even join them for dinner.
The booking is now closed for the Kunis-Kutcher home, but it’s anyone’s guest who might “rent” out their guesthouse next. Oprah? Ellen?
