In the 400 Block of Arroyo Road in Noleta, a transient is reportedly setting a fire next to the bike path. The reporting party’s husband is stomping it out. The transient is described as wearing all dark clothing. SB Sheriff Deputies are responding.

The Painted Cave Fire was NOT started by a transient.
What an idiotic comment. She sprained both ankles the year before, her car broke down the day before and she couldn’t reach neighbors so she tried to run for it.
