The Santa Barbara County Public Health Department (PHD) reports 32 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday.
One previously identified case has been removed making the grand total 9,164. Of those, 170 are currently active.
There are 21 people hospitalized including five in the intensive care unit (ICU).
California officials announced Tuesday afternoon that Santa Barbara County can now move down to the lower red-tier due to decreasing cases and test positivity.

Why stop with rent?? Those blood sucking landlords should have their properties seized and they should all be rounded up! How dare people own something and rent it out to other people!!
