I hope this message finds you in a cozy sweater holding a festive cup of hot cocoa with Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas is You” blaring in the background… or however you choose to celebrate the end of the year.
As you know, edhat is the go-to source for all things Santa Barbara, from breaking news to the latest scoop on local hotspots. We take pride in serving up interesting stories, quirky features, and the most vibrant discussions right here in our beloved coastal paradise.
But, behind the scenes we’re like a bunch of Rincon surfers trying to ride that perfect wave. We need your help to keep edhat hanging ten on the tides of citizen journalism. Now is especially important as a record number of newsrooms and media outlets are closing their doors due to lack of funding.
