It’s less than a week from election day, so let’s put our finger on the pulse and see who edhatters are voting for.
There are some incumbents vying for their seats of various stations and some propositions and measures that have edhat readers in a tizzy.
Take our election poll and see where readers are leaning. Also, don’t forget to vote by mail or in person by November 8th!
Boy, the conservative trolls are out in force. Can you imagine if these polls were accurate! Dystopia indeed. Good thing the voters in our area are much more informed than those in idaho.
I’m
Voting for the guys that aren’t in fatigues trying to intimidate me! I think a nice flash bang would scare those dbags off….
I’m not voting for any incumbent. We need change! It’s not working especially in the schools.
Based on the last 3 comments above and their loyal upvoters, edhatters like the status quo. Just remember folks, not everyone in our country is an ultra liberal or a maga Republican, or whatever your latest moniker is for ‘the other side’. I can’t remember all the latest names being called here. I know some of the frequent fliers here know them. Compromise is the best way forward.
Voting for Mike Stoker, need some change in our State Assembly, 37 District. Gregg Hart has always been full of himself.
Hahahaha, that’s funny and so untrue. Hart is far better for the position. Stoker is too worried trying to figure out how to deny the election and come up with catchy phrases to chant at the next Trump rally. Hart is the only one who pushed back on Bill Brown’s bloated Sheriff deputy budget asking him why he hasn’t come up with solutions after all this time.
GIMLI, NO WAY would I EVER vote for Stoker, a republucan!!! NO.
Sacramento does not need ANOTHER “Progressive”. Please vote for Mike Stoker, at least there will be more discussion before rubber stamping legislation. If doesn’t support families, small businesses and law enforcement like he says we can vote for someone else next time.
California has taken billions in taxes and fees with zero accountability? There is a Super Majority in Sacramento writing law after law without much public input. Have they fixed the homeless issues? Have they stopped climate change? Why are our schools the ranked the worst in the nation? Why are millions of people and thousands of businesses fleeing?
Gregg will do anything they tell him to or he loses favor with the machine that is handing him the election. They cleared the floor for him, others who backed out were rewarded.
We have nothing to lose sending Mike Stoker to Sacramento. He has a law degree and will be a voice most people will agree with when it comes down to core California issues.
Stop rewarding party puppets. Do not let them control your votes with prejudice.
Vote for Stoker, end up broker. He has absolutely no interest in the concerns of constituents. His only motivation is what he can get from lobbyists, having spent so much time on that end of the deal.
Hart has raised taxes and fees more than 4000 times since elected.
If you think lobbyists are paying an underdog CA Republican you are very naive.
lol! 7:41, I guess that’s too many to list, huh. Or do you have some evidence of the 4,000 count?
As a multi-decades ling advocate for ALL students to have access to high quality instruction at well managed schools, the status quo needs to change. It’s time to bring in new leadership.
Republicans aren’t the party who decimated our society over the last 2.5 years, cratering our economy, harming our kids, and personally destroying anyone who dared question their policies.
