The new weekly local radio show, “Solutions News Radio,” hosted by Rinaldo Brutoco, president and founder of the World Business Academy, will air live this Friday from 5-6 p.m. on KZSB 1290AM radio. There will be replay broadcasts Friday from 11 p.m.– 12 a.m., Saturday from 5-6 p.m., and again on Sunday from 9-10 a.m. The show is also available on demand as a podcast on Apple podcasts, SoundCloud, or Solutionsnews.org.

Celebrated SBCC Music returns to the Lobero Theatre for a benefit concert featuring students and faculty with special guest Michael McDonald. Last year’s sold-out show was a highlight in the local music scene. SBCC’s award-winning Lunch Break Jazz Band directed by Jim Mooy will present an exciting set of contemporary Big Band Jazz, and the New World Jazz Ensemble directed by Tony Ybarra will play a tribute to Miles Davis. Musical legend Michael McDonald will perform hits from his illustrious career accompanied by a string ensemble from SBCC music. Talented SBCC Music alumni Cambria Metzinger and Phoebe Light will also perform.
