The UC Santa Barbara Department of Music will present the sixth annual UCSB Summer Music Festival, titled "Under One Sky," on Saturday, August 28 and Sunday, August 29, 2021 as a virtual event. Sponsored by the UC Santa Barbara Office of Summer Sessions, the festival will feature performances by UC Santa Barbara’s University Carillonist Wesley Arai; Daniel Ohara and Shashank Aswathanarayana; CRUSH Duo; Duo Con Fuoco; Professor Scott Marcus and Shashank Aswathanarayana; and Gamelan Sinar Surya.

The Central California Coast's largest and most prestigious studio tour returns this Labor Day weekend! The event opens with a reception 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday Sept. 3 at the SB Community Arts Workshop! Studios will be open 11 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday Sept. 4-5; and 11 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Monday Sept. 6. Tickets are $25 (children under 12 free) and can be purchased online after July 1 at www.santabarbarastudioartists.com. Tickets tour maps and a preview of the tour will also be available at the Community Arts Workshop throughout Labor Day weekend. Proceeds benefit the Food Bank of Santa Barbara County!
