The League of Women Voters of Santa Barbara will host a community forum on how the Southern Santa Barbara County region plans to increase affordable rental housing. We have invited expert speakers from the County and the Cities of Goleta, Santa Barbara and Carpinteria to present how the new laws will change the existing housing programs in each of their jurisdictions.

He studied with the world renowned guitarist Fareed Haque to earn his master degree at Northern Illinois University in classical guitar performance. Upon graduating from NIU in 2014, he knew that he had to get out into the world and make his dreams become reality. Rich moved across the country to pursue his dreams of being a performing musician and resides in Santa Barbara, California where he loves to play for weddings, private parties, and other unique events
