Romeo and Juliet

Artistic Director Rodney Gustafson retells William Shakespeare’s poignant classic with stylistic verve. Using music by Sergei Prokofiev, Gustafson intensifies the drama by highlighting the most emotional and romantic moments of the world’s most treasured love story. The result is spellbinding, fast-paced action and enhanced empathy for the young lovers. “Seamlessly melded together,” pronounced Los Angeles Times reviewer Victoria Looseleaf. A must-see, timeless love story!
