The Santa Barbara chapter of the Association for Women in Communications invites the community to raise a glass and exhale at their annual holiday party when they will gather to enjoy good company and celebrate the accomplishments of some exceptional local communicators.

Undergraduate vocalist Terra Giddens (mezzo-soprano) will present a virtual recital with pianist Erik Lawrence on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 4 pm as a YouTube Premiere via the Department of Music’s YouTube channel. The program will include works by Georges Bizet, Manuel de Falla, Kurt Weill, Hector Berlioz, Stefano Donaudy, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Richard Strauss. Giddens is a student of UC Santa Barbara Associate Professor Dr. Isabel Bayrakdarian.

Local writers, working in a variety of genres and forms, meet with participants for two, 90-minute sessions during consecutive weeks
