Community Conversation THE INCARCERATION OF JAPANESE AMERICANS DURING WWII
In anticipation of An American Dream, Opera Santa Barbara and Santa Barbara Toba Sister City Organization will present an introduction to the opera and a Community Conversation centering on the incarceration of Japanese Americans during WWII. Incarceration survivors Hideko Malis and Roke Fukumura speak about their experience in a discussion moderated and by Nina Yoshida Nelsen.
