The program will open with the Color Guard by Strategic Space Force Base out of Vandenberg, and will feature a number of local, state and national dignitaries including: Art Kaslow who will emcee, Steve Baird, City of Buellton Mayor Dave King, Third District Supervisor Joan Hartmann, and a representative of Congressman Salud Carbajal. Post Commander Al Salge will honor Vietnam Veterans and their spouses with a special pin presentation.

Author and featured speaker Frank Leone leads a 3-Saturday course on how to "Master Your Communication Skills" based on his book, "77 Ways to Perfect Your Communications Skills: Enhancing your Personal and Professional Relationships" in April at Unity of Santa Barbara. The Chamber is excited to announce the 64th Annual Carpinteria Community Awards Gala will be held on Saturday, April 1, at Rincon Beach Club from 5:30-9:30 PM.
