Following a two-year hiatus, we are thrilled to announce the return of the feel-good event of the year—AHA!’s Sing It Out! A dozen teens and two AHA! staff take to the stage and bust out a solo rock and roll song backed by a live band—truly a process of transformation. They learn to overcome fears and individual challenges and also learn to support their peers, accept support from peers and trusted adult facilitators and coaches, and to stand tall and sing their hearts open in the face of fear.
Following a two-year hiatus, we are thrilled to announce the return of Sing It Out—the feel-good event of the year! Don't miss this inspiring and heart-expanding evening of music, courage, and connection.

On Sunday, April 24, 2022, Unity of Santa Barbara will present an extraordinary workshop of community building, inspiration and personal growth with Kathleen O'Keefe-Kanavos, best-selling author of Dreams That Can Save Your Life and Surviving Cancerland, featured on Dr. Oz, The DOCTORS, CBS, and NBC.
Dreams are doorways to messages about our past, present, and future. Through dreams, we embrace the essence of our life-soul-purpose -- a spiritual being having the human experience of reconnecting with Source for guidance and purpose. Join Kat Kanavos as she helps you interpret your dream messages through this one-of-a-kind workshop, where you will reconnect with your spirit guides, guardian angels, and deceased loved ones -- because love never dies when our dreams come alive.
Ferris wheel rides, and each other’s company at the Isla Vista Community Relations Committee’s upcoming Pardall Carnival. Plus, as with all IVCRC programming, the whole event is completely free of charge. The festival takes place on Sunday, April 24th, and attractions will be available from 12pm to 4pm.
