If you listen to these sounds long enough, you may fall into sleep or drift away from the endless mind chattering by focusing on each sound. This is like a music therapy but unlike traditional music therapy, which uses organized, well-composed songs, we enjoy simple and authentic sound without any set of melody or rhythm. Tibetan/Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Voices, Bells and Rattles are used to reduce stress by giving your mind a chance to wander into a deeper relaxation and help you improve overall well being.

Recognizing excellence in art will be the focus of this forum. The memorable qualities in examples of painting, sculpture, architecture, and decoration will be discussed. These examples live on in history and are found in many lands and cultures. Their excellence educates us about the possibilities for artistic creativity and points to the values and vision that support a vital culture. Joyce Johnson, an artist herself, taught art history for many years and her presentations are always memorable.
