Meditation with Sound – sound healing class

Come to class with the incredible sound healer, Asura! If you listen to these sounds long enough, you may fall into sleep or drift away from the endless mind chattering by focusing on each sound. Tibetan/Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Voices, Bells and Rattles are used to reduce stress by giving your mind a chance to wander into a deeper relaxation and help you improve overall well being.

Santa Barbara Music Club 50th Season Opening Concert

On Saturday, October 19 at 3 p.m. the SANTA BARBARA MUSIC CLUB opens its 2019-2010 season, celebrating 50 years of presenting its stellar series of free concerts of beautiful classical music! Featured are two internationally renowned artists, pianist Betty Oberacker and clarinetist David Singer, performing music by Bach and Brahms at First United Methodist Church, 305 E. Anapamu.
