The small-lot, handcrafted wines of Tercero cover a wide spectrum of Rhone varietals--juicy reds individual bottlings and blends of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Carignane and Cinsault--to luscious whites that range from crisp and refreshing to weighty. The juice is sourced from top local vineyards like Larner and Watch Hill.
Winemaker Larry Schaffer has selected 4 bottles for an overview of his wine style. Drawing on his Masters Degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis, experience at Fess Parker Winery and his own Tercero Wines--plus the gift of gab--Larry will lead us on a very informative and delicious tasting.
