Local historian Betsy J. Green will sign copies of her book "Way Back When in Santa Barbara in 1919" on December 15.

The Santa Barbara Book Club has established, with the cooperation of Chuck Flacks and the PATH program that administers homeless shelter that provides overnight safety and a myriad of social and medical services to the homeless population of Santa Barbara) a "Little Free Library" within the shelter itself.
