ParentConnect is a weekly, drop-in, peer support group for parents and caregivers of a tween, teen, or young adult struggling with a mental health challenge. Registration is required. We will follow up and provide you with the information needed to participate.

Education series for parents/caregivers of youth, ages 5-12. Skills-building group to strengthen parent-child relationships and improve communication. Learn strategies to recognize your parenting strengths, how to manage stress, and how to handle parenting during conflict.
