Wednesdays, May 19 to June 23
SBCC School of Extended Learning, Tuition-Free Courses
Explore the writing, directing, actors, and awards of films set in locales around the globe. Learn to exercise critical thinking and develop self-expression by comparing your reaction to films originally shown to seeing the same movie today. Films reinforce self-esteem through the validation of memories of the original viewing of older films. Socialization and critical thinking are enhanced through group discussion. Students participate in the selection of films.
Wonderful World of Movies takes place on Wednesdays, May 19 to June 23, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
