Local community company, Women Who Warrior, will be hosting their second women’s retreat on September 17th-18th at 576 Toro Canyon Park, Santa Barbara, CA that will feature guest speakers, interactive workshops, and vibrant movement-based activities throughout the event.
The retreat weekend is designed to create connection and community through powerful conversations, movement, and interactive workshops that aim to teach and inspire all who attend. This powerful line-up will allow time to integrate, reflect and respond to what participants experience during the two-day event.
Founders China Jones’ and Randee Brookins’ launched the Women Who Warrior Retreat in 2019 to provide a safe space for women in the community to come together to connect, learn, and step into their next level of fulfillment. They have since expanded the Women Who Warrior brand to not only offer live events, but online events, community and coaching as well. China and Randee are on a mission to help more women gain clarity on what sparks passion in their lives so they can confidently embody their warrior within and live a life without regrets.
“We created Women Who Warrior as a community for women committed to growing personally and professionally. We believe that all women have massive potential waiting to be unleashed, and when we have a community of like-minded women going after their dreams it serves to elevate and uplift us all. To us a Warrior Woman is someone who knows who she is and what she wants.” – China Jones
When you step foot in Toro Canyon Park, you will be immediately greeted by The Women Who Warrior team inviting you into the retreat venue — a bohemian-style space designed to promote comfort and vulnerability. Upon entering, guests will embark on a night filled with socializing, intention setting and a body movement class to break the ice before the full-day experience Saturday.
As the retreat unfolds, guests can expect to participate in high-level interactive workshops on various topics plus movement-based activities like silent disco yoga, warrior dance and a guided sound bath ceremony.
The food served at the retreat will be delicious, locally sourced farm fresh food made with love by our resident caterer Wishbone Wellbeing. The healthy and balanced meals will leave the retreat guests feeling nourished, refreshed, and full of vitality as they move through the events of the retreat.
