In this experience, we will introduce healing intentions through guided meditation & sound. Through this soundscape, one is able to engage in physical balancing. Sound Healing & meditation is known to lower stress levels, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and improve sleep overall while limiting mood swings. Thus bringing healing to our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.
Sound can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to elevated vibrations of love and joy. Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments or voices to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body.
I recommend having a yoga mat, blanket, or eye cover to create a personal space where it is comfortable. We will begin seated in meditation. Then throughout the session, we will lay in a corpse pose (Shavasana) to allow the sound to wash over you and encourage optimal relaxation while we enter into Theta state.
