FREE ocean view yoga class, mat pilates, breathwork and mantra meditation, Wim Hof breathing and cold plunge, teas and hydration, naturopathic B12 shots, chirporatic massage, adjustments and cupping, mini bliss facials, nutrionist herbal digestive interactive demonstration.
