Solvang Fine Art Grand Opening Reception

Solvang Fine Art is a having a Grand Opening reception and ribbon cutting ceremony on December 10th, 2021 from 4-8 pm at 482 First St in downtown Solvang. Guests will enjoy free refreshments, access to fine historic prints and contemporary paintings, and the opportunity to meet some of the artists on the gallery’s roster.

Solvang Fine Art recently opened its doors under the iconic clock tower, following a multi-year renovation project. Located in the heart of Solvang’s tourist district, it is the only gallery in the Santa Ynez Valley specializing in historic fine prints by American and European artists, offering etchings by Rembrandt and original prints by Salvador Dalí and Joan Miro. The gallery also showcases a select group of prominent contemporary California artists, including landscape paintings by Laurel Sherrie and Dennis Curry.

Proprietor, Julie Torchia, explains, “We are excited to be a new member of the Santa Ynez Valley art scene and would like to welcome everyone to come celebrate. Through the gallery, we want to support local artists and offer the public a chance to acquire rare historic works of art by world renowned artists. Also, a special thank you to the Solvang Chamber of Commerce for helping organize this event.”
