Santa Barbara Charter School’s HomeBased Partnership’s Open House

Santa Barbara Charter School’s Independent Study Program for homeschoolers, the HomeBased Partnership, will host an Open House from 10:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, Nov. 4th at their classrooms located at the Community Covenant Church, 5070 Cathedral Oaks Rd., Goleta.  

Everyone is welcome to participate in a variety of activities and demonstrations at our Open House, and refreshments will be provided.  We’ll have fresh pasta making, Peg People creations, sewing activities, student performances, and more!  Students’ work from grades TK-8th will be showcased.  There will be a curriculum display, iPads with educational games, and an opportunity to try our loom.  You can meet the HBP teachers and families of this very special program and ask questions. 

The event will showcase our two programs: the Enrichment Program with elective classes, field trips, free curriculum, Open Days, Math, Reading, and Writing Clubs, and educational programming to choose from every day of the week, and our Customized Program with a generous allowance for educational supplies and services, educational support, and day field trips.
