Roaming Theatre Collaborative will present an American workshop reading of a new play, I and the Village at the Community Arts Workshop on November 1st and 2nd. Written by playwright Silva Semerciyan and directed by SB local Katie Williams, the play excavates the good intentions and idiosyncrasies of a typical Midwestern small town in the lead up to and fallout of gun violence. A commentary on both small town politics as well as the US’s devotion to guns, the show promises to be an incisive and empathetic conversation about Anytown, America.
Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd at 7pm.
Tickets will be sold at the door.
