The morning will include three 30-minute sittings divided by 10-minute breaks and a concluding yoga nidra sitting. Yoga nidra has been called “among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.” There will be an opportunity for sharing and discussion at the end of the online retreat.
People of all faiths and traditions, or no tradition, are welcome to participate and no prior knowledge of yoga or meditation are required.
